The short version

• The recipient's camera only records if they allow it, and the clip stays on their phone unless they choose to send or save it.
• Shared reactions are deleted automatically after 30 days, or sooner if the person in them asks.
• We keep the minimum needed: names on the letter, the sender's email, and payment records (payments are handled by Stripe; we never see card details).
• We don't sell data, and there are no advertising cookies.
